Purpose

So this writer has gone past one large obstacle on the way to realizing a dream. She has understood that people are only a part of the entire dream and not the core of it and will not go after the futile attempt to get human beings on her side.

What I want to do: - People have the foundations of all their qualities, that either deny or gift them with the ability to succeed, in their childhood. So if a child is treated well and brought up correctly it may be found that he is put on the right track. I do not believe in pampering the child and giving him comfort. The world is not comfortable and I want the children to see what the world is like and discover it for themselves, and give them the opportunity to make something out of themselves. Not make them what I want them to be - but to help them discover what they want to be.

How do I do this :- Make a school for rural kids. I do not know how I can help urban kids who have riches and a sick educational system to spoil them completely. Right now that situation does not bother me too much. (Mainly because I know that reform of that system is tougher and nastier than the situation of rural kids) No private organization will take up education of rural kids because there is no business there. So the job is left to inefficient government orgs that do not care. I heard about 9 year olds that sweep the floors that they sit on to learn in their school. But they cannot identify the letters of the English alphabet. They can recite them completely but do not which is which. Around the same time I saw a school meant for Richie Riches of a metropolitan city that has flat screen TVs mounted on the wall for 9 year olds. I do not resent this and do not mean to say that the rural kids must be given these useless objects (that wont be put to use anyway considering their teachers don't care whether they even know the alphabet) I mean to say that kids must be taught things that they will truly know to use and learn - like good text books. No point in wanting to implement these ideas in existing schools. The only way to do this would be in a new school that has efficient, capable, enthusiastic and receptive teachers - the kind that will accept new techniques and use them to educate children rather than make talking parrots and puppets out of them.

The next step will be to make a written list of all these techniques and ideas.
